Guest guest
Medicaid is administered at the state level. Each state has a different benefit set and different rules, regulations and providers. What is covered in one state isn't necessarily covered in another state. Just because one mail order company is a medicaid provider on one state, doesn't mean they are a provider in other states. Questions about medicaid coverage, availability and benefits need to be answered by the state you live in. I noticed a post from MN - Minnesota's medicare program is called Medical Assistance and you need to contact the member help desk to find out what providers are available for what services and if there are any pre-authorization requirements. Many states cover incontinence products for older kids and adults, but I suspect a Dr.'s order is required first. Call the member help desk to find out. Barbara S.
