I used to get old vcrs for my son to destroy, but found out that even unplugged

they can contain electric and are a shocking hazzard. Now I give him legos,

bionicles, Knex, etc. Safe to put together and tear apart.

I feel your pain about your son playing with knives. I had my kitchen knives

hidden for two years to keep my son (and us) safe. Just remember, God gave you

your child, He trusts that you will do the best job with him.
