These continuing education classes provide realtors with the opportunity to obtain continuing education credits at an affordable cost (this cost covers the cost of submitting paperwork for participants to get continuing education credits). All of the classes are state certified by the Ohio Division of Real Estate and are taught by a certified realtor/broker and/or an experienced Third Federal professional. The classes are open to any interested real estate professional. The classes will be held at the Stefanski Learning Institute at Third Federal, 7007 Broadway Avenue in Cleveland.
