Guest guest
Back on ldn & have been increasing 1mg at a time because this drug really disurbs my sleep. Just went up to 3mg 2 days ago and want to keep at it but really hoping my sleep recovers soon.Any ideas from those with more experience? Wondering this...If my ms was already in remission for years do I need drug? Suffering from lack of sleep, Lorna
Guest guest
Lorna, I found that if I take the LDN at nine pm, - and then my sleepers at tennish, I sleep just fine, if I forget and take the LDN later, then I have a restless night, worth a try for you maybe? Guest guest
As with anything else things effect everyone differently. When I started LDN over 3 years ago it didn't make me more tired, it gave me more energy. I think it all depends on the person, what they have and whats going on with them. Just my 2 cents.... May there be a miracle in YOUR life today and may you have the EYES to see it.From My Heart to Yours Love, Hugs & Blessings, CrystalLDN_Users Group OwnerDiagnosed November 2004 with Secondary Progressive MS, Transverse Myelitis and an Advocate for LDN!! 3 years on LDN with Skip's Pharmacy.....No Relapses.....Crystal's MS,TM & LDN Websitehttp://www.freewebs.com/crystalangel6267/index.htm LDN Website http://ww.ldninfo.org/Crystal's LDN Support GroupLDN_Users/ LDN MySpace http://www.myspace.com/low dose naltrexone Cris - Case Health - Health Success Storieshttp://casehealth.com/case/about.html Crystal's LDN Gift Shophttp://www.cafepress.com/crystalldngifts Skip's Compounding Pharmacyhttp://www.skipspharmacy.com/ From: alison jordan <alison.936@...>low dose naltrexone Sent: Friday, January 30, 2009 5:36:16 PMSubject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] new Crohn's member... I have been intently reading these emails for several weeks now, and everyone new to LDN seems to have this interupted sleep and daytime exhaustion during the first week or so. I'm sure those with first-hand experience will reply to you, but from the other posts, you're well in the norm in that area! Best of luck, Alison
