Back on ldn & have been increasing 1mg at a time because this drug

really disurbs my sleep. Just went up to 3mg 2 days ago and want to

keep at it but really hoping my sleep recovers soon.Any ideas from

those with more experience?

Wondering this...If my ms was already in remission for years do I need

drug?

Suffering from lack of sleep,

Lorna

Lorna, I found that if I take the LDN at nine pm, - and then my sleepers at tennish, I sleep just fine, if I forget and take the LDN later, then I have a restless night, worth a try for you maybe?

As with anything else things effect everyone differently. When I started LDN over 3 years ago it didn't make me more tired, it gave me more energy. I think it all depends on the person, what they have and whats going on with them. Just my 2 cents....

I have been intently reading these emails for several weeks now, and everyone new to LDN seems to have this interupted sleep and daytime exhaustion during the first week or so. I'm sure those with first-hand experience will reply to you, but from the other posts, you're well in the norm in that area!

Best of luck,

Alison
