recommend good apps for Apple Ipad for our kids?

Can anyone recommend good apps on the Apple Ipad for our kids?

My 4yo son has delayed language, challenges in social communication, reading

comprehension (he can read, but doesn't always understand what he reads, even

with books his age level), attention/focus, weak fine motor skills, etc.

I was wondering the same thing and I found this one review by a mom

with a child with high functioning autism. There's a video that

shows a few apps that seem to be great.
