Guest guest
thank you! They should also be able to have your son in a safe location when he finds out visitation is being withheld. You can also contact your local police department and ask them to be there. I hope this helps. I dont know if I keep you updated, but my ds's father is finally being investigated by Department of Children and Families as well as Children Protection Services for physical and emotional abuse. He spanks my 12.5 yr old son with a belt as punishment, and threw him up against a wall when my son had started a fire. He and his 18 yr old from a previous relationship gang up on my ds and call him , sissy, faggot, and other demeaning things that emotionally bring him down. So I have retained an attorney which I can not afford. Representing my son just in case, and myself to pursue my ex in family court to get visitation modified asap. My son will not be going back there anytime soon. I may even need a temporary restraining order as well just as an added protective measure. I am tired, exhausted, and just plain numb. With all of his diagnoses, my ex (his father) thinks my son has no issues. My son has Aspergers, ADHD, Depression, Tic Disorder, learning disabilities, and many others that should be classified as Aspergers instead of regular diagnoses... but we all know how doctors think about labeling. I think my ds has 10 labels! BUT his father thinks that boys will be boys and we need to toughen up the boy. Push him out into the world. Yeah, doesnt work like that. Guest guest
This man doesn't deserve to be a father. I would definitely get the restraining order, and ask the judge to assign a law guardian for your son. > > I dont know if I keep you updated, but my ds's father is finally being investigated by Department of Children and Families as well as Children Protection Services for physical and emotional abuse.
