Hi, this is my first post. My son is in K. I live at lin Twp, NJ which is

not a good school district. My son has sensory issues in many areas, impulsive,

cannot sit still for a long time, social skill and pragmatic speech problem. The

behavioral therapist, whom we saw 2nd time, thinks he may be PPD-NOS.

I am looking into moving to a school district that cares about kids like my son

and willing to work with parents. Our constraint is my husband works at NY city,

we hope to find a good school district that is not too inconvenience commute to

city. The behavioral therapist thinks my son will be benefit if school is

willing to provide sensory diet or accommodations for him after like 3 hours of

lesson, so that he can continue to self-regulate and focus in the rest of the

day.

I would like to ask any body who have experience with NJ school district share

your experience, good or bad are welcome.

Thanks

Kwan
