I have bought some Bio-Kult for my son and am not sure how to interpret the recommended intake. The bottle and a list of instructions that came with it says to take it with food, morning and evening, but not hot food. Both of these instructions conflict in his diet. Kathy--this is indeed a bit confusing. Dr. Natasha told us to take the BK first thing upon rising in the morning, and last thing before bed. That takes care of the whole hot food issue, as long as you have a bit of lag time before eating breakfast and after eating dinner.
Guest guest
Taking the probiotic upon rising and waiting 30 min before eating has been the recommendation I have followed before reading Dr. Natasha's material. This solves the hot food issue, but doesn't qualify for an answer to the "eat with food" recommendation on the bottle. The supplemental paper sent from my supplier adds the hot food recommendation. Do you know what the book says about it? You have spoken with her directly and she said to take early and late of the day? Was this recently? Trying to figure the odds of which is likely the right method on conflicting information. : ) Thanks Kathy in Ohio
