Guest guest
Hi do you mind if i post the link to your online journal at my Hypo/Hashis/WAPF group? After learning about GAPS i am convinced that it is key to underlying Hypo/Hashis. I think some of the people on there that are not WAPF and think nutrition really does not affect their issues may get encouraged after reading the relief you had once removing some of the offending foods. I started the group as i was researching my own Hashis (not medically DXed - unofficial by Broda Doc) and wanted to gather like minded people with the same issues to glean from. As i was tired of finding nothing but meds for the rest of your life on the other groups. i was running into a few people who were NT or NT and did not know it. So i figured there was enough of us out there to start our own little WAPF group. I posted on the thyroid and adrenal forums that i was starting one for those who also followed WAPF. Many came that are not WAPF and they hold to their belief it is not dietary and one can never be healed of it and will always be on meds. I manage mine w/o meds. Went the meds route for a while. I tried armour for a while but decided i am not going to become dependant on meds i will continue what i am doing with diet and supps. etc... as when i started NT about 3 yrs ago i had a huge relief in symptoms as it was. Anyhow i have raised a few eyebrows with my posts on how i think that GAPS is a missing link to all the underlying health probs that people can't sem to recover from regardless of a 100% NT diet, or on meds and no diet etc. I have had a few people email wanting the link to this group and that are interested in reading what you have shared. I wanted to post your link along with this groups link on my forum. Thanks
