Hi Wanda,

My son had major feeding issues for over 5 years. He would only eat

soft textured foods and he was very limited on what other things he

would eat. He began eating more foods after I started him on LDN. He

is now off the LDN but is still eating pretty well.

Here are some things he will eat:

Morning:

Waffles/ Namaste or I make them myself (look online for recipes)

Eggs/ scrambled, poached or fried with coconut oil. He like mayo with

them. Canola mayo by spectrum.

New morning coco crispies or a safe brown rice crispy

Perky-O's

Left over dinner

Colman natural bacon

Natural turkey sausage or pork patties

Sun nut butter and tapioca loaf bread with pure preserves. (no corn)

Lunch or dinner:

Peanut or sun nut butter sandwich

Applegate farms turkey sandwich

All natural hot dogs, or sausage

BLT sandwich

Natural Liver sausage

Rice pasta with tomato sauce or just oil w/ pinch of salt.

Home made chili or sloppy joes

Naked nuggets chicken nuggets (costco)

I will make a chicken dish with breading from rice cakes dipped in egg

and baked.

He love tacos. I use organic beef, spices, rice taco shells and

organic taco sauce. Sometimes I can sneek in lettuce and tomato.

Note:

He is not a big veggie eater but will still eat baby food so I put his

supliments in them or just CLO and he will eat that. (mostly peas or

carrots.)

I can sneak veggies into things if I cut them small and cook them. He

doesn't eat anything raw.

For snacks he eats apple, grapes, peaches, strawberries, coconut

yogurt, rice yogurt, casava chips, and lara bars.

I'm sure there is more but I can't think of anything right now.

Feel free to email me off line if you have any other questions.

I know when I first realized I had to take him off soy and corn I

cried. It is much easier now. It isn't as bad as it seems.

I have learned to cook just about anything. You begin to realize how

much crap is in your foods and how expensive it is. Cooking the stuff

from scratch and freezing in small portions is the way to go. I do

major cooking about 1x a week. Tonight I made 4lbs of chili.

HTH,
