Guest guest
Thank you for writing. As I have said in many depositions since 1976, ACET (cholinerestase) and the metabolite ( oxon ) can be determined and is useful ................. immediately after exposure when blood and urine samples are taken usually within 48-72 hours.. Months and years post exposure, you must do a risk analysis, differential diagnosis, spatial/temporal correlations, etc ......... from before the exposure.....during exposure.......and after exposure based on symptoms, exacerbations, increased medications, ie with a history of asthma, you go from no inhalers before and now one inhaler/day, etc. .......and possibly a neuro-psych exam to document deficits., if any.
