I do know that a lot of girls that age are that way. I knew one that had 3 abortions before she reached high school and she wasn't AS. I have no fix for that and dread it as I have an almost 16 year old, but when she shows an interest we are going for birth control real quick. No matter what anyone believes about that, a baby would be the worst thing she or I could have right now.. Hi all!

I have two children, both with AS. A son who is 14 and a daughter who is 13. The question I am posing right now is about my daughter. She is WAY beyond boy crazy. Her therapist said that girls with AS tend to hyper focus on relationships, which is defiantly true with my daughter. When my daughter started the school year last year, she thought boys were just there to annoy her. Then within three months (right after she turned 13) she went to the complete extreme and was talking to boys about having sex. Ugh....I've spoken to her many times about how our family rule is that there is to be no dating or boyfriend until she is 16. However she constantly has a boyfriend. I do not think that she is having a sexualy relationship with anyone. But, while she was out visiting her father for the summer, she let a boy take a picture of her topless. It's like she doesn't even get the connection of the consequences of her actions. When asked why she did

that, she said that the boy told her he loved her. Then within a week, another boy told her he loved her and that he wanted to have sex with her. Luckily her step-mother found out and shut-down the situation.

I've had to closely monitor her computer time because she will get onto porn sites. She's even mentioned to my son that she thinks she may be bi. I didn't even know what that was until I was in my 30's...lol.

I am just so worried that she is going to get pregnant or raped or something. I've spoken her over and over again about how boys will say and do anything to get a girls clothes off. And that they really don't 'love' her. Has anyone else had experiences with this?
