Hello,

I am trying to heal arthritis, and I heard about the

GAPS diet from both the Weston Price journal, and also

Tom Cowan, who is my long distance doctor. I have

never heard of anyone healing arthritis with this

diet, but I hope to be one of the first.

My husband is on a basic SAD diet, but he does eat

whatever dinner I cook for him, even if it is totally

GAPS. He does add his Doritos to it if he is still

hungry though. :-(

I WAS taking Biokult but I am getting frustrated with

the delay in getting it sent to me, because now I am

all out for two weeks now, and also I'm not happy with

the price, so I am going to try others.
