Sorry for the onslaught of questions.

Natasha talks about reintruducing dairy gradually (with butter, yogurt,

cheese, etc), but I haven't found any reference to reintroducing

grains.

Wondering when we should consider this? We currently only eat sprouted

grain breads and I make homemade whole grain sourdough. Will we ever

be able to eat these breads again. I also love using sprouted flour

for things like cookies and brownies. Rice? Is that ever okay to eat.

I know every person (family) is different, but I am just trying to plan

things. My kids go to public school, and I want to get the hard part

done during the summer months. If I need to pack a lunch for next

fall, just trying to imagine what I could pack.
