Guest guest
jennifer- a better way to get probiotics in homemade yogurt thats fermented 24hrs. theculture to start is $30 for a years supply or an even cheaper way is you can use store bought yogurt to get the culture from. you can culture any type of milk, goat is best but nut milks, coconut milk, and cow milk. all the info on how to do it plus the benifits are at the breakingtheviciouscycle.info website under yogurt as well as pecanbread.com BTW a cup of homemade yogurt has 5 trillion living probiotics! much higher than any expensive probiotic plus it has all the benifits of lactic acid because that's what's in yogurt. but read all the info you have to start at a small amount and work up to 2 cups a day. this is much stronger than any store bought yogurt or probiotic and you can get bad die off reactions if you do too much. hope this helps sam > Hi all, > > Am I to understand correctly that a couple of you are following either GAPS > or SCD protocol without supplementing a probiotic?
