Guest guest
I haven't been able to read the GAPS book yet, but I'm wondering if anyone has read what Dr. Mcbride says regarding fermented foods, particularly veggies? Does she say they are ok at the begining of the diet? Also, which fermented foods are the easiest to digest? I've heard beet kvass and coconut kefir are pretty easy...just wondering what I should start with. In the past I loved eating kimchi all the time but it made my stools pretty loose so I have cut the fermented foods out. But I know they are so good for us and I will need to add them to my diet again....but maybe I need to heal more first. Thanks for any advice Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now.
