Gillian,

Please do not quit the e-group...It was you and Margaretha that kept me afloat when I was new...You have a way of putting things that make people understand this dreaded disease we all live with.

If you quit, you better keep in contact with me privately...I won't stay where you are not...I'm sure others feel the same way. I would hate to see this group dwindle down to 0 when , and the others have worked so hard to build it up. Some people do not understand compassion and love when it slaps them in the face. Yes, we could all go to medical groups and get the information we search for...it relates to me as much as the worst Derm or Rheumy any of us have ever had. I think most of us are searching for another human being with knowledge and wisdom as well as warmth, wit and humor.

Don't let one person make you leave...if they don't like it let them leave. It is a two way street here and no one is going to tie them to the computer either...maybe they should get a life...

Hi Gillian,

I hope you will not unsubscribe from this PA support group because

you are one of the most inspirational members and contributors we have. I

have found your emails to be educational and humorous.

For example, I don't think any of us are " normal people " because

" normal people " do not have PA.

Sincerely,

Bill in DC

P.S. May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough

trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, enough

hope to make you happy.

You will NOT NOT NOT do such a thing. One disgruntled member does not

speak for the rest of us. We need your wonderful sense of humor to

keep going. We're not just a bunch of people with the same disease -

we're friends.

Gillian! Don't leave! You are such an important

member of this group! I love reading your emails and

have learned so much from you. I also admire you. One

of the things that I admire is your strength in coping

with this illness, so don't be picking up your crayons

and going home just because someone was rude.

Stay.....please?
