No, the cat is not bleeding. Yes, both our cats are indoors only. My husband recently suffered a serious bloody nose that went on for 2 days. His doctor cauterized the inside of his nose. (ouch!) It was found that his blood pressure was 225 over 104 so that may have been the underlying cause. I don't know. It is possible that our mold problem contributed.
