Well, you have a great sense of humor, even if you do have ugly toes :)

Much as I hate to recommend it because of it's nasty side effects, have you

ever been on prednisone for the PA? I think most of us have a " love/hate "

relationship with it as it is often the only drug that gets us through the

day, but hate the side effects. If you MUST work and it's becoming

impossible, it could be an option.
