Hi Lynn,

Do you order the pills or the powder. I am wondering as you mentioned

cheaper - still looks quite expensive. I am wondering if buying the

various strains in powder form would be cheaper and make more servings

per container vs. the premade mix.

I buy the powder. It's expensive but you use only the amount you need for the amount of viable organisms you want. I seem to need lots of probiotics for them to work for me so when I did the math this company gave me the most bang for bucks compared to others out on the market. Of course you're not getting the huge variety other products have.I don't take them daily but more like every 2-3 days right before I go to bed at night.
