honey

Hello:

The only honey I have been using for years is raw, unheated. I am

interesting in hearing from those of you that are baking, if you bake

with raw honey or if you purchase another honey. If you are using a

pasteurized honey, which brand? In Breaking the Vicious cycle..she

doesn't mention using raw honey. I believe she says use a honey that is

clear when held to the light.
