I knew that when we called the police and all they would focus on was what and this guy did together, that nothing would be done. I didn't want to report that. I was more concerned about him trying to get her into a car and then later trying to get her to take a bus back to his place. Yes I was also concerned about her risky behavior, but she is not mentally retarded, she is emotionally around 12 yrs old.
