Guest guest
Has anyone heard of EPO? It has a longer name, but that's all I know. Supposedly good for people with toxins in their system. Puts more oxygen in bloodstream and cells. Joanne
Guest guest
Nell, We just do it on her back as part of a nightly back rub with energy work. When away from home, she usually rubs it on her legs. We didn't target the chicken skin area. Do you out the oil right on the chicken skin, or all over? Guest guest
This idea of rubbing the oil onto the body got me thinking. I use garlic oil (crushed garlic soaked in olive oil for 1 hour to forever) on my kids when they are sick. Garlic is the strongest antibacterial and antiviral known to man. Problem is that it is difficult to eat raw and makes the sweat smell! I think that if I were having viral or bacterial issues with a child, I would consider making garlic oil and rubbing it on the soles of the feet every night. Cover with cotton socks to keep it off the rest of the clothes. The soles of the feet are highly absorbent. An old herbal remedy is to put garlic paste on the feet but you must cover the foot with petroleum jelly or the garlic will burn the skin. Then wrap with cotton bandages and cover with cotton socks. I started using garlic oil instead on my kids because the paste seemed a bit strong, but if the problem were severe it might be necessary. I do know that the old herbal doctors used to recommend rubbing virgin olive oil on a premature baby or any baby. I did this on my last child and it used to calm her down and help her sleep. There are stories of babies that were born premature and kept alive because of using olive oil on them in the days before modern medicine. Just an idea.
