How Long Before I Move On to the Next Stage?

Hello Everybody!I just started Intro (2nd day and I was wondering - how do I need to stay on each stage. For example, right now I got the die-offs, so I should wait until until the symptoms subside. And then - move right on? Or wait for some time? Like 3 days? This part is not clear to me.Second: what if I move on to the next stage and don't have symptoms. One day, two day... How long should I wait before moving on to the next stage, giving that no symptoms show?I very much appreciate all the help!-Efilana
