I didn't say so when I first brought it up, but I wanted to test the waters about the subject. Every week when I take my shot, then I come downstairs and smoke a little. So, hopefully now there won't be a knock on the door to come and take me away. I did ask my doctor what she thought and she said, it's alright as long as you don't do it all the time. Not a problem, just once a week. My hubbie sometimes joins me for moral support ;-> My doctor also told me that lorazapam helps with nausea. I had some from a short while back when I had a fairly rough period of depression/anxiety. fwiw April Moderator 2 cents: Don't you just love the song....They're coming to take me away ha ha he he to the funny farm where life is beautiful all day long....PatB
