Sorry . I hope your attorney can handle this for you. I know how

upsetting it is, but try to let him worry about it. That is what his job

is.

I hope this gets settled soon.

Hi:

Insurance companies are noted for doing what they are doing to you. They did

it to me too. Good you have a lawyer. If he can't get you help, then don't

give up, get another one. I know people who had the same problems and had to

really put up a fight. One girl was denied by ss twice and the third time

went in front of a judge and she won. Don't give up the fight. You have

people behind you. We all had to fight to convince these " professionals "

that we have an illness we didn't ask for.

Sincerely,

Anjillah@...

Hi a,

My attorney is on it. He told me no one is going to hire me, on Tuesday

we have to meet with this woman the insurance company has hired to get me

job. He told me, we will explain how bad things are. The part that upsets

me is he told me the insurance company does not care what my doctors say.

They warned me that the insurance company may try to go to court and stop

my checks. So we will see what happens on Tuesdays. I am now officially a

day student, I decided it was the best thing to do. Now my classes will

only be 50 to 60 minutes long. This will be easier on me. Hope you have a

good day.

Hi ,

I know the insurance do this kind of stuff. They hope that if they

torment you enough you will go away, as many do. If I was married or had a

second income I would walk away. This is just not the case for me. My

friend across the street just went through all of this, she came over the

other night and we talked about it all. She told what they are doing is

normal for an insurance company. If only the SS would go through all this

would come to an end, immediately. Thank you for your kind thought, I

appreciate it.

June,

LOL your letters always make us laugh.

Esther doesn't mind that you told about her. :)

Question, how can you tell the difference between a male

skeleton and a female one? hehehee

June,

Congratulations on your exam and good luck with your presentation.

I am sure you will do fine. If I were wealthy I would do the same thing :)

hi angela,

Thank you for your kind thoughts. It is such a stressful time, I am

actually afraid to go outside my house. I know they will probably start

following me around again. Right now I just pray and hope it all end soon.

Hope you are having a good pain free day.

I have to agree, Lynn, that I think the judge will uphold the previous

ruling. It's ridiculous that they keep dragging you through this.

You're in my thoughts and prayers.

Love and hugs,

Carol

Re: [ ] GI problems

,

I know it is silly to tell you not to worry, but I predict your judge will

rule in your favor again when you go to court. WC judges are very

sympathetic to injured workers. I wish I had more time to talk, but gotta

run, time to go to the gym before I head off for work.

What state are you in?

Hi Carol,

Thank you for your kind thoughts. Well tomorrow is the big day. So we will

see what happens. I went and got the bills that wc did not pay. The judge told

them to pay the bills and they didn't. So I faxed everything to my attorney

last night. I also sent him all the reports from the therapist, that they felt

they were making things worse. Don't know if that will help or not but my

attorney has it all.

Tess,

You are the sweetest person. Thank you I hope all goes well. I thought

I would hear from my attorney but I haven't. I know you haven't been feeling

well. I do hope things improve for you.

Hi Kathy,

I wish you would hear about your appeal. All this legal stuff takes so

long. I think they do it purpose in the hopes that you just go away. Truth is

if I was married I would walk away but I can't. I truly hope you hear something

positive soon.
