It appears that scientific researchhas been done showing that mold can cause Epstein Barrand Hypothyroid.I feel that I am too young to have health problemsthat keep me from being able to work and be in school.I also have lost a lot of relationships because ofthis and am about to loose a lot of my belongings.Does anyone have research, links etc. about specific health problems and mold? Also any suggestions about lawyers in Los Angeles, CA area? Concerned about my belongings contaminating my Dad's house. Personally would like to get a dumpster and get rid of everything. Guest guest
I wanted to respond to this as soon as I wrote it. This is the problem I ran into in Missouri with an apartment complex. We got c.o. poisoning and stachybotrus and it was pre-existant before move in. Someone else had lived there six months before. The owners and property management did not divuldge anything. Did you file a claim with the owners insurance carrier. Even if they refuse payment you need that claim number. I had to file a suit for damages in County Court. It goes to trial next month. Then I had to file another suit for all the other terrible things they have done since the first suit was filed. That one I filed in Federal Court. One is for $1.5 million the other for $75,000.00, I asked the attorney the other day which one he wants to pay? Then I finally decided I will probably have to file one on him personally for third party liability. Since he is stalling and defaming my name along the way. You might should call Masry law firm where Brockovich did her deeds. They could probably do you a nice referral if they can't help you. As I tell everyone who writes, I am so sorry this has happened to you. By the way I am finding a high ratio of Epstein Barr virus in Toxic Mold Victims. I haven't figured out why unless it is a compromised immune. If anyone else knows let us hear from you. Guest guest
I have not filed anything yet. Trying to figure out where to go and what to do with this. The inspector just came Thursday and found out all the walls need to be knocked down. Trying to find another inspector to get a second opinion and a lawyer who specializes with this. All my stuff is at my Dad's house and it is making me ill. I left to stay at friend's house with just medications, dog, and licence/ATM. I just can not tolerate being around it anymore. Also I read Joe Klein's site and shaved my head. Now my Mom and friend think I am out of my skyrockets. [Plus my head really itches. ): ] It is difficult to find information from reliable sources regarding tnis and information about what belongings should be kept/tossed. Thank you so much for your help.
