Guest guest
I was diagnosed with PA in January. Have very little P (sometimes a little on the face....before my diagnoses I had a real bad spot underarm) My PA is minor compared to others on this forum (the worst in my feet, some in my fingers, knees) I have alot of fatigue...it is cyclical (some weeks or months being better than others) My rheumy is trying to convince me to go on Voltaren. I would like to hold off as long as possible before going on meds (I realize it may be necessary later) I'm someone who rarely would take an Tylenol for a headache!! Is it an advantage to hold off as long as possible? Is anyone out there getting relief through natural means (herbs, foods, exercise)? Since there doesn't seem to be a fast progression to my disease right now....my rhemy seems willing to give me some leeway. Any advice?
