This is in regards to the proposed legislation HB 2620 - purchaser's right

to repair. As is our practice with all of articles of this nature anyone

wishing to extend their views to the paper, Ms. Wilhelm (executive director

of the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona), President Steve

of KB Homes, Goldwater (director of the Arizona Registrar of

Contractors) or Senator Cummiskey (who at the end of the article

sounds as if he opposes this) I encourage you to do so. Their email

addresses are below. I will note that after the series in November of last

year I sent Ms. Wilhelm a letter inviting her to our home to discuss the

basis for her comments of that time to which I never heard one word from

her. I do ask that if you do send a letter to please " cc " me on it so that I

am aware of what was written in case any questions are thrown my way.
