i know that the texas real estate market has taken a big hit due to

mold. not because people won't BUY the house, but because you can't

get anyone to INSURE the house. so the only people that would be

prospective buyers would be people who can pay for it outright

without a mortgage, since you can't get a mortgage without

insurance. i think there is a company in texas that buys moldy

houses....
