Yes, Roy we will help you in any way we can. We are preparing a Petition to present to Congress for immediate action to be taken on Toxic Mold Cases, and the Insurance Industry who refuses to pay the claims in a timely fashion. We are taking cases through the NTMC, for attorneys to file a class action suit against these same insurors who refuse to pay, delay payment, commit consumer fraud, and obstruct justice. There is a fee of $50.00 for legal retainer for the lucky attorneys who get our class action cause.
