Yes, Roy we will help you in any way we can. We are preparing a Petition to present to Congress for immediate action to be taken on Toxic Mold Cases, and the Insurance Industry who refuses to pay the claims in a timely fashion. We are taking cases through the NTMC, for attorneys to file a class action suit against these same insurors who refuse to pay, delay payment, commit consumer fraud, and obstruct justice. There is a fee of $50.00 for legal retainer for the lucky attorneys who get our class action cause. You would need to send that with a case brief on your case and any insurance filing you have done, name of insuror and statement of any effort to settle.

It will take several weeks before the cause is filed as we are presently interviewing and taking bids from attorneys for this case.

Secondly, you must join either the NTMC, Coalition or Foundation as a member. This insures your ability to sign all congressional petitions, as well as local state and Federal as a Coalition. The membership information is housed at our website and can be mailed by check or money order to:

NTMC or NTMF: P.O. Box 923, Ozark, Mo. 65721

You can also mail your class action fees to the NTMC. be sure to specify that the $50.00 is for Class Action in the corner of check or money order.

Our memberships are increasing daily and rapidly. You are coming in at the ground floor up.

Don't hestitate join now.
