Usually your Doctor interprets them, usually exactly as it is written to him. The only way to secure those tests results and read the interpretation yourself is to request medical records release, which by law you have the right as the patient to have without charge in most states. Also sometimes a call to the lab will give you the most definative answers. Hope this helps.
