Getting independent evaluations paid for by the school district?

My daughter will be entering Kindergarten in the Fall and I'm having a lot of

problems with the " professionals " working with her not seeing the broken trees

for the forest...

One of my daughter's doctors recommended a specific doctor FAR away, a

neuropsychologist with specialty in her congenital neuro Lyme Disease as well.

We NEED this. My daughter's situation is very complicated and we need this and

the school needs this so we know what the heck she REALLY needs.

How do I get them to pay for it or promise to pay me back? I dont' know where I

would get the initial $4000 but we'll worry about that later right?

I would ask her preschool therapists or teacher but at this point I dont' think

I can believe anything they say.
