No, Mycotoxins are mold toxins and Mycoplasma are cell wall less

bacteria that are so small as to be virus-sized.

I've been suffering from the delusion that Sick Building Syndrome is

a

manifestation of the mycoplasma epidemic that causes CFIDS and Gulf

War Illness. www.immed.org (Garth Nicolsons website)

A combination of mold avoidance and antibiotics directed at

mycoplasma

infection have resolved my CFIDS symptoms and mold reactivity to such

an extent that I've resumed a normal appearing life and can even

stand

a fair bit of mold exposure - though I still have to be careful.

See Congressman Bob Filners statements concerning the mycoplasma

epidemic. Based on my own experience I had been warning people for

years that a " mold epidemic " is certain to happen. It's been pretty

phenomenal watching this whole thing progress. -

No, they are not the same.

myco = fungal

mycology = study of fungi

Myco-toxins are harmful by-products of fungi.

Mycoplasmas are minute micro-organisms regarded by some as primitive

bacteria. They lack a rigid cell wall, so can take various forms.

One example is mycoplasma pneumoniae, which causes a pneumonia-like

disease.

Fungi can also take several forms.

There is also mycobacterium, which is also a bacteria which cause

diseases such as tuberculosis, leprosy, and an intestinal disease

called e's disease in animals and possibly Crohn's Disease in

humans.

A new category of disease infections is known as stealth virus. It

comes from combining human and animal viruses with bacterial

sequences to create vaccines. This is called vitera. Scary subject,

and believed to be a factor in chronic hard-to-diagnose, hard-to-

treat diseases such as chronic fatigue, fibromayalgia, and complex

neurological diseases. One of these is Simian Cytomegalovirus from

the polio vaccine.

A good place to search is google.... http://www.google.com

Best wishes. Many of our scientific advancements have made us sick!!!
