Guest guest
Hi Max, If you don't want to use the 1/3 cup of rice protein powder, then you would want to use 1/3 less rice milk, which would be 2 cups of rice milk. This is just a base recipe - you can always add walnuts (chopped or ground)and mashed bananas, - or blueberries - all beneficial for secretors and non-secretors. I also use the rice protein powder for smoothies - with rice milk, blueberries and bananas. With 2 of my children being A non-secretors - it's something that Os and As can both have - I'm always trying to find O nonnie/A nonnie compatible foods! It's quite the challenge! I hope I answered your question. in OR O + Non-Secretor > Sorry but I have a question to whoever posted the waffle recipe. Is the rice > protein necessary for some structural reason or something or can I leave it > out? Guest guest
Try the old thrift shops, or garage sales or estate sales. Subject: Waffles I am trying to find a waffle iron that does not have non-stick coating on it. Does such a thing exist anymore? --- http://USFamily.Net/dialup.html - $8.25/mo! -- http://www.usfamily.net/dsl.html - $19.99/mo! ---

Guest guest
I believe I saw a cast iron waffle iron on Lehman's website. www.lehmans.com I got mine from a rummage sale but you see lots of them at antique shops. They range in prices but you should be able to get one for under $100. (I paid $5 for mine) Also check out Crags list and post to freecycle. Guest guest
Does anyone have a good waffle recipe? Maybe using almond meal or coconut flour? I just got a waffle iron and want some in the morning. Thanks! Priscilla -- Priscilla CPD (DONA) Voice Teacher Weston A.
