You will now be able to view the results immediately - either before or after you submit the form. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated. Comments sent in with the form will not be published on the results page, nor will your e-mail address. They remain confidential. With the response I have already received from the old form, I expect this to generate a very heavy response. You're welcome to view it as often as you like. The url appears below. They didn't contact me first, but all new members' posts are moderated by me. The site looks legit, so I approved the message.
