good luck on the answers for this one.

wehave been trying to change my daughters eating habits for years, with no luck.

her menu items consist of, hot dogs (no buns), chicken nuggets, macaroni and

cheese (only a specific brand, and trust me, she can tell the

difference),hamburgers (and God help us if a pickle is on it) grilled cheese,

toast, balogna, certain cereals (no milk) and turkey sausage. THATS IT !!

wew have tried everyones suggestions to try different things and nothing has

worked. she knows the difference and will starve, rather than eat.

one thing we have done though was getting our daughter to agree to try something

once, even if its not familiar. if she doesnt like it, we have agreed to let her

spit it out int a napkin (politely of course).

but she " has " to try at least one bite. we have gotten her to at least eat some

thing occasionally (like baby uncooked carrots). and in with vitamins we have

been able to sneak in the v8 fusion juice (diet one). each glass gives her a

serving of vegetables. so at least we get that one by her. and shes none the

wiser.

maybe that would work with your child. just get them to agree to try something

once.
