Today I was just release out of the hospital. I have been there for

4 days, taken by ambulance. You see I thought I was having a heart

attack, but it turned out to be inflammation and fluid around my

heart and lungs (pluresy). I had gone to the doctor a few days prior

to this and ask that a mold test be performed, since I have been

exposed to a sickbuilding ever since last July. (I wrote the story in

the below message) I cough at night and have congestion daily, along

with weakness and severe nausea and stomach problems.

They ran many tests on me while I was at the hospital. Also

discovered I have around 8 or 9 ulcers in my stomach. They are doing

a biopsy from one of the ulcers.

The doctor said the mold test came back positive for every mold they

tested for. Although I asked many questions concerning this, the

physician would only tell me this. I continued to let him know what

I have been enduring the in the last 8 months. He believes the mold

has 80% to do with my illness. I ask him if he would write a letter

stating this. He said he wanted me to obtain a letter from my

Allergen Specialist and then he too would state the facts.

I am ready to talk to an Attorney now. My health can't take it

anymore.

Debbie,

I was wondering why I hadn't heard from you. I am so

sorry you got that sick. Did he tell you that the

ulcers were caused from mold? It can eat the stomach

lining as a fungus. You may have to do what I did and

eat yogurt and acidophyllus to get rid of the yeast.

THey had me on Prevacid for a year. Now I don't take

it. Still having some problems though.

I will be praying for you. You need to contact an

attorney from your state or someone who can practice

in your state. Maybe somone will contact you after

reading this. Some attorneys monitor this site as well

as toxlaw.com

You will probably need a workmans comp. lawyer first.

I used to do those cases and they are tough but you

can find some good attorneys.
