Guest guest
I am so glad you got Rich Lee. He's a great person, kind hearted, and is very knowledgable, not only in signs and symptoms, but in removal and repair. He is just quite a guy. He testified for me the other day. I am trying the case myself and really had to put Rich to the test under oath for deposition, but he did great and held his end so well. I almost had him in tears over my kids. They had the cherry red lips and anemia signs of carbon-monoxide in the pictures I had to show him. They had swollen joints and were in their little swimsuits. They had dropped weight pretty bad. The toxic mold was actually in the same heating unit that was releasing C.O. at lethal levels. So were were getting stachybotrus flying through the vents too. We almost died. My stomach lining bled severly and I threw up for over three weeks toward the end of the exposuress. The girls noses bled. Gabi would wake up with bright red blood all over her face and the sheets. Sometimes it would start in public. I am a former Paramedic so I had to pull everything I remembered about toxic exposures to treat us. We were missed diagnosed and treated horribly here by the hospitals. They thought we were crazy. It turned out one of the owners of the place we lived is a " DOCTOR " he should be ashamed of himself. A Nuerologist!!!! Well I sued in Greene county for 1.5 million and it is at trial, the press is not covering it here. We need someone from St. Louis to cover it. If you have any connectionsor can make the call. You can show this letter to them. We are trying for the Coalition to be on Oprah. The owner stays in a state of denial. This happened to someone else at his property, but I hear they died. I think he wishes we had. It has been in court since Jan, 2000. I just filed a $75,000,000.00 suit in Federal Court against State Farm Insurance and the Heating an Cooling Company for Conspiracy to Commit Consumer Fraud, Defamation of Character, Perjury, and Tamper with the evidence. We now have no doctor they refuse to treat us because of the Doctor owner and me filing suit. I was supposed to got to Hospital in St. Louis to see the head of Toxicology but was too sick to drive there. Even afte they diagnosed us with C.O. Poisoning they failed to administer oxygen or remove us from exposure, or put us in hyperbaric chamber. They absolutly did no Emergency Protocol. My MRI came back with white matter high density scattered brain damage. I had a 140 IQ prior to this so I am probably rerouting information. My short term memory is gone. We laugh and say we have " Old Timers. " We couldn't get any local attorneys to touch the case because one of the owners is a CPA, for two of the " LOCAL " Judges. So I started treating myself herbally. Doing o.k. with it. Got Mad and Madder and decided there was more than one way to skin a rat. So I opened the NATIONAL TOXIC MOLD COALITION to visit my relatives in D.C. Ha! Want you join us. It's reasonable and were are fighting to the end for Justice. Tell Rich Hi when he gets to St. Louis.
