That's really great!

>>He is also going to work with us to get DH off the Prozac but that

will not be until at least 6 weeks (maybe longer) after we start GAPS.

And the process of getting off antidepressants, he said, is a long and

difficult process. He said that you have to reduce the dose by 10%

every 2 weeks or longer. He said it takes a year or more.>>

He's right about that IMO! After learning the hard way, it took me 9 months

of shaving pills down to get off and onto 5-HTP, then several more months of

determined NT and more to get off that.

I'm interested to hear his ideas of a timeline and how it will work out.

I think one reason Dr. CMB seems to contradict herself is that she

customizes a lot for individual situations. We're all different, and I'm

avidly watching and listening to try to understand the variations.

That's why I'm sorry to see that some people are forming a local group that

will take discussions away from where I can hear them too.

Take care,

Anne Marie,

That is such great news about your DH and the diet and transitioning

off meds. Fantastic! I know your baby is leading the way with her

amazing diet that you work so hard to provide. Congratulations to

your little family. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Keep us posted,

Millie
