Rash described on Early Morning Show

I am listening to the Early Morning Show and there was reported about a rash

that has been observed in the Northwest and Northeast sections of the USA.

There was a Dr. Norman Sykes from Jefferson Hospital (or University).

A teenager and her mother were on the show as well. The teenager showed us

her arm. This is very itchy. It is being found on cheeks, arms and legs.

It is light to medium red. The news report indicated that the cause is not

know.

I have to wonder if this is something like those who have been exposed to

toxic mold are experiencing.
