Guest guest
Hi Texas Mom, I am hypoglycemic so some fruits and vegetables are off limits to me. It is a big sugar rush so it is a big no no in my diet today. Is it still possible to juice? Thanks, Michele
Guest guest
I think you still could juice. Just get some books like the ones I recommended the other day or the ones by the Juiceman that address hypoglycemic. I can tell you that you will probably have to limit the fruit based juices but that's good for anyone since too many of them have sugar and more calories. Go to your bookstore and readup. I would think, this would be an easier way of controlling your hypoglycemia since you are in control of what you are putting into your body. Look for a juice book that addresses hypoglycemia. -- In LifeLiftegroups, Michele Sheeran <msheeran@w...> wrote: > Hi Texas Mom, > > I am hypoglycemic so some fruits and vegetables are off limits to me. > It is a big sugar rush so it is a big no no in my diet today. Guest guest
I've heard juicing carrots and garlic is good for candida. However every time I try this, it burns my mouth, throat, and basically all the way down. I've tried putting lots of carrots and hardly any garlic (like 1/4 a small clove) and it still burns. Am I doing this wrong? Should I not be consuming raw garlic? Thanks,
