I most recently took Nature Made Woman. I think a multi is a good

idea for everyone. I'm now taking Polyvite O and Phytocal O, just

one of each twice a day. We don't need as much iron, but need more B

vitamins than others. If you don't want to take a multi, a

Calcium/Magnesium combo and a good B complex would still be a good

idea. The multi will have some Calcium, probably enough to

supplement what you're getting from greens and nuts. The NAP

products have some beneficial herbals in addition to the standard

stuff.

I take a multi-mineral and a multi-vitamin and CoQ10 and Fish Oils all by

Vital Nutrients.

I also take an additional Magnesium/Mallic Acid/MSM supplement as well

as Glucosamine Sulfate.

If I cannot sleep I take melatonin 6-9 mg. before bedtime.
