Whats the deal with eggs? Sulfation or phenols?

Thanks, My son has been tested for allergies numerous times and all tests always

come up

negative for everything. Yet he is the most " food Sensitive " kid I ever met.

What I'm wondering is, is there a connection with sulfation issues or phenol

issues in

eggs?
