A Vitamin B-Complex tab; pill or liquid; in smoothie or plain 3. A SINGLE THIAMIN VIT. B1 PILL FOR CHILDREN (ask Doc..(liquid Vitmain B1 drops are excellent; just add to O.J. etc) 4. A Vitamin B12 Cobalamin pill or sublingual or liquid daily 5. A SINGLE VITMAIN C TABLET wtih Rose Hips if possible; (notice Vitamin C filters out excess toxins; proven !) Method: a. blend the Vitmains in a blender smoothie drink with Orange J. Do not over use Vitmains; and above all DO NOT ADD ZINC; ps I once read a boy who took Zinc and vomited all afternoon; thnx PPS COPPER supps. is what you want to offset excess Zinc ! ! !
