Guest guest
, I am with you on the anti-veggie thing! My mother maintains (and has for years!) that my avoidance of veggies is the root of all of my problems. (An ever present voice throughout my life that followed every cough, limp, or cut-- " If you'd only eat vegetables, I'm sure you wouldn't have this problem... " She means well.) I'm trying to eat more veggies, but it's breaking the habit of 28 years and I just don't like them cooked doggoneit! Thanks for the info about your rheumy--we need all the info we can get! Guest guest
- Plants aren't food, they are what food eats. I used to be a vegetarian, but I got over it. But if you go back and read some past postings, you'll see that diet can play a major part in making you feel better - unfortunately that diet consists of veggie and little red meat. But if you are feeling good on meat, I wouldn't change it. Just food for thought - pardon the pun
