new - multiple food sensitivities

I am celiac and allergic to dairy and palm(olein) oils. also have rather bad

sensitivities to amines and salicylates (but can tolerate small amounts since on

strict gluten free/dairy free/palm free diet. Am keen to widen my diet and am

interested in the whole gut thing.

Has anyone else had amine sensitivity and overcome it? Is it a matter of going

very gradually eg only eating a few tsp broth per day and build up? Some of my

amine senstivity reactions include severe tummy cramps and diarrhoea. I am

looking at trying water kefir too (never tried it before).

I am extremely sensitive, and any changes I make need to be gradual.
