Hi Charmaine:

You can use these to scent water-based gels or aloe vera gel for body

parfaits, foot gels, etc. Added to distilled water they make a refreshing

body and facial mist. They can be used to flavor the glycerine-portion of

Lava lamp lip glosses, and mixed with glycerine to make flavored breath

drops. Email me if you need recipes...

The inexpensive ones can contain alcohol, which I wouldn't want in a lotion.

But if not, sure...
