Guest guest
I posted the other day about my ds having sever stomach pains/cramps every so often. He has run a fever as well on and off. They come and go throughout the day. He can be fine one minute, running and playing, and then bam! He's doubled over with pain for a few minutes. Doc says its a virus of some sort. He is much better this am. Yesterday he passed some poop that had lots of what looked like stringy mucus. A couple of times all I saw were white globs. Almost like a big wad of skin. Off white in color. I thought it was the lining of his stomach or something. He has been in a lot of pain but again, in waves. Not constantly. Some of these white floaty " masses " would be all by themselves at the bottom of the bowl and sometimes mixed in with the poop. I'm sorry...gross I know! Is this yeast? Thanks, Sandy

Usually, altho it can also mean intolerance. If he is getting better, it is likely yeast. Dana
Guest guest
Thank you Jan! yes, I am giving him magnesium but not zinc. I am planning to start zinc as well. How much lysine should I give, my son is 110lbs? How about biotin? Thanks for your time! > > > > Last weekend we restarted chelation after 5 rounds of DAN protocol, this time on low dose AC protocol, we took a break of two months. My son continues stimming, loud humming and yesterday he had 2 cold sores in his lips (he has gotten them before, but not during DAN chelation). He complains of sore throat. Are these signs of yeast, or did he just get a cold? I started giving him one week prior to chelation 125 mg GSE, but no biotin yet. Do I increase GSE, or start giving him biotin? He now gets vitamin E,C, multivitamin, cod liver oil, probiotic, digestive enzyme, vitamin D > > Anything else I should add? > > > > Thanks, > > Mimoza > > >

My son continues stimming, loud humming At my house, humming meant yeast overgrowth. >>and yesterday he had 2 cold sores in his lips These were eliminated with lysine here. >>Do I increase GSE, or start giving him biotin? I would add biotin first, see if that helps. If not, keep the biotin and increase the GSE. Dana
Guest guest
Dana and others, How long does it take to get the yeast under control. I am on second round of AC chelation DMSA only 12.5 mg lowest dose) and started yeast protocol only last week, but also did 5 rounds of DAN chelation without yeast protocol in place. My son's yeast symptoms seems to getting worse, he is getting 250mg GSE and 400mcg biotin. Should I stop the chelation for a week or so and continue with the yeast protocol, so my son's stemming and humming get lessened, or shall I continue with yeast and AC chelation? Thank you so much > > > Thank you Dana! > > > How much biotin should I start with? > > > > > > I started with 400mcg. > > > > > > >>My son is 11 years old and 110lbs. Guest guest
How much does he weigh? You can really increase the biotin, big time. Yeast will be a chronic condition and always have a protocol in place for ????? It would be a couples years???? Most need a year or two of chelation to get the body more in balance. Guest guest
> Thanks. We just added the lauricidin in the past two weeks. Im wondering if its actually increasing the yeast instead of killing it. I think I'll pull it and see what that does. Lauricidin caused so much yeast here, that I had to remove it. Guest guest
Dana gave you the answer you are seeking. You'll have to play around with the dose. Tammy [ ] Re: Is this yeast? Thank you Tammy! Guest guest
Thanks for the info. Im beginning to think the lauricidin might be doing the same here. He doesnt show any signs of congestion, no stuffy nose, just making these clearing sounds. Will drop the lauricidin, and perhaps increase the GSE. Forgot to add that he's also taking 8 mg biotin (divided). Karla > > My son has taken to constantly clearing his sinuses. Its been going on for the last week.
