Hi--

Just curious.

Has anyone sold their house with just a mold disclosure, but not done

the remediation?

I am currently working with a public adjuster and we are waiting to hear

from my insurance company as to the extent of coverage, if any.

I'm just thinking ahead about options, in case the insurance company

won't cover the cost of remediation.

I'm also waiting for remediation quotes as well.

If you did sell without doing the remediation, did you take a big hit in

the selling price?

Did the perspective buyers want a drastic reduction in house price.

Any info around this would be helpful!
